Front Street Parkade - Lot #602

Paid at the around kiosk by accident,as there are multiple parking companies next to each other. Had a ticket within 15 mins.tried to call and explain but they refused to assist us, even though they manage both company kiosks and could see that we paid at the wrong kiosk. They admitted that they cannot connect parking tickets with ICBC drive in record, so don't bother paying any tickets you receive from Impark. Shady company with horrible customer service.

Company is completely unavailable for contact for any reason, has a completely unexplained wait list for monthly parking and zero communication on the subject.

Hey Nicole if you still have the parking pass is they anyway I could have it there is a waiting list to park here and it’s right by where I work and it’s very expensive to pay for parking every day

The people that run this parkade are unbelievably rude. I have witnessed them yelling at people for no reason and their overall customer service is awful. I had a monthly parking pass for 2 years here, I needed to end it for April, so I canceled it in March.. and they still wanted me to pay for the full month of May!! Tell me why a parkade that is constantly full with a wait list for parking passes would need 2 full months of pay post cancellation.

Mary has terrible customer service and very rude.
