I am very happy with the results so far. Dr. Lum diagnosed my issue quickly and set me up with a great Chiropractor (Samantha Duncan) who, after 3 sessions, almost entirely cleared up my issue which had been ongoing for over a year. I am very happy with the results so far and would highly recommend them.

The staff was amazing. Michelle K. was able to squeeze me in when I called and was very helpful. She took her time with me when it came to fit me with a set of crutches. She measured and showed me how to use them.

My mother suffered from major arthritis pain in her knee which significantly got worse since the covid pandemic started. She is over 70 years old and has been unable to walk for the past 1.5 years as the pain was too much for her to handle. It seemed surgery was the only option until I found AESM!I got referred to Dr. Grant Lum who advised on the best treatment for my mother. It’s only been one day since my mother got her treatment and i have already seen a major improvement.I have a very positive feeling my mother is going to get her life back to normal and this will be all thanks to AESM. Honestly this place is heaven sent. They have the latest and best treatments to offer all patients. I will not be going to any other place again.The receptionist Kelsey has been super helpful throughout the whole process. Able to see me with little notice. Saw physiotherapist therapist and sport doctor and provided diagnosis and support I needed. I returned to receive additional chiropractic services. Again they saw me with little notice and provided great service and relieved my pain and provided support.

I've been a patient of Dr. Lum's for about 10 years. He has excellent bedside manner, meaning he answers all my questions and I never feel rushed. I also feel that his diagnostic abilities are great. I also like how he is clear about the odds for an against different strategies. I'm not yet familiar with his new team but I know he has an eye for talent and he is a strong professional mentor. It's worth the drive from downtown to see Dr. Lum. Free parking.

I received excellent Physio and chiro care for some old injuries. . Dr Lum always hires the best professionals in his clinics….they don’t just treat but also give exercises to promote the healing. They are the best!!

I am so glad AESM moved to 15 Wertheim Court. The location is so convenient! Their staff have been amazing from Day 1, always friendly and they try to accommodate my schedule as much as possible. So glad to have visited Dr Lum and his amazing team! Incredibly knowledgeable and able to diagnose and resolve issues in a comprehensive, timely manor with the appropriate professional. I am recovering from acl reconstruction and my daughter had back issues - all related to sport. Dr Lum got to the root of the issue, explained it, did a brief treatment with a noticeable difference and referred her to the chiro there. After 2 treatments, she is much improved. I will be bringing my other daughters here for treatment for any and all sports-related issues.
