The pizza was burned crisp when reheated and the cashier didn't want to be helpful at all. Spent his time on his phone and seemed disinterested in serving customers. Also, didn't want to stamp my loyalty card for the slices I ordered, citing that each location has to stamp only the card from their location, even though I've gone to multiple other locations in Richmond Hill or Markham that have had no issue with stamping a card or redeeming them. Then when I asked for a new card from his location, at first he said he didn't offer them at this location. I asked several times before he reluctantly gave me a card and stamped for two slices. He also tried to not give me a receipt and I had to ask him for a reprinted copy. Not impressed at all.

Mediocre food at an even worse price 15 for a large and struggled just to get a dipping sauce cause I was off a few cents off and they didn’t want me to pay the rest debit I recommend Papa John’s this place has poor customer service

I have been going to pizza Nova since I was a kid. Store 1 at Kennedy and Lawrence was my go to and is the original pizza Nova. This location didn’t disappoint pizza was well done and lots of pepperoni evenly spaced great job guys. You’re now my new local so I’ll be seeing you lots.Ciao

We went here on a cold night with kids and the staff refused to set proper heat. Temperature was set at 17 degrees, and when asked to increase heat, staff asked us to come tomorrow and ask his manager, imagine!!! not even contact details of Manager were given to correct issue there. No feedback taking process poor service overall .. will never visit again

The service is great and so is the pizza. It is recommended that you take out or deliver because if not, its a long wait. The price is very reasonable and worth it.
