Damaged rims putting tires on. Denied after initially saying they would replace the rim. Then weasled out of doing the repair. Congrats. Saved $150, and now lost my business on 3 current vehicles and my growing company vehicles. AVOID.

It is a shame, they used to provide great (5 star) customer service but seems to have gone down hill in the last 2 years or so.I used to proudly promote this local company to everyone I know, but as it stands now, they need to look internally at their service and customer service staff members in order to gain my confidence again.I will give them this though. They are usually quite accommodating to your personal schedule.

Overall, very impressed. My only issue is that I was booked in for 2 pm. I brought the car in at 1:30. And left walking with family. Came back shortly before 3 pm and car was not done. Had to wait until 3:30 before car was done. Fortunately, I'm on days off so it was not an inconvenience. But if I was on a tight schedule, it could have turned out to be a great inconvenience. I also thought that $140.00 to do a tire swap from winter to summer was quite high. Having done tire work before I know how long it actually takes to swap tires. Might have to start shopping around.
