So far I have had only good experiences at Peoples. We bought our engagement/wedding rings there and they have been great about cleaning it, inspecting it and even replaced a missing diamond. Naveena was very helpful today!

My mother got a new pair of earrings. Jo-Anne helped her out even though she was suppose to leave at 6pm she stayed around to make sure she got exactly what she wanted.She couldn’t be more happy with the choice and the service she got. She will always be coming back to buy stuff when Jo-Anne is here.

I went in the store recently because I lost the back to one of my earrings that was purchased there 10 plus years ago. Joanne was super friendly and got me sorted out in a matter of seconds. Would definitely recommend this store. Customer service was great!

I bought an anniversary ring for my wife some years ago. I opted to purchase the additional insurance for the ring which included cleaning and inspection every six months. This gift soon became a nightmare each time my wife took the ring in for cleaning and inspection. I won’t go into details but everything turned around when Jo-Anne showed up. Jo-Anne made sure that this experience became a pleasant and quick one each six months. She knows my wife and myself on a first name basis now and has created a warm and inviting environment. Thank you Jo-Anne!

10/10 experience everytime, from purchasing to repairs. Wonderful to be greeted by name when you come in for pick-ups. Joanne is my go too, she solves all my jewlery questions and issues. Even rushed my wedding ring back and relieved my stress when we were cutting it close to the day.

I came with my friend who was looking for a engagement ring and Mac really helped us out. He never made us feel uncomfortable and was not pushy about making the sale. We had a great time trying on rings and I highly recommend this place. The prices are really good and they have an amazing selection of Engagement rings.

I'm just in terrible shock. This shop sold me a fake ring. As soon as I suspected that something was wrong with the stone, I wrote to the store to confirm that the ring was fake with a certificate. To which I was told that there is no certificate, but you just trust us that this is the original. I requested a refund and was denied. If you do not return the money to me, I go to the police to write about fraud.

I am extremely disappointed. My boyfriend purchased a ring for me sometime in mid January. We had it sent for resizing and after being told that the ring would be ready within 2-3 weeks, I still do not have it back. I contacted Peoples customer service to which they told me to contact the store directly to ask about the hold up. The staff has been less than helpful and considering the amount of money that was spent, I would hope the environment would be more professional- if not at least more friendly. Jewelry is a luxury, however my experience with this store in particular has been the complete opposite.
