This is one of my favorite health food stores where I shop once or twice a month. The aisles are well stocked, clean and they have plenty of cashiers at check out. On this particular trip, I was looking for specific herbal teas, powders and supplements. I also picked up some organic coconut milk, coconut cream, avocado crisps, dairy free yogurt, and organic almond butter. I find the prices are quite reasonable and lower than most other stores.

Quarter Master Natural Foods
Stopped by Quarter Master with a couple questions about gut health, and couldn't be happier I did. Tim was very knowledgeable and didn't mind taking his time to explain products to me. They provided multiple price options to suit your need. The girls up front couldn't be nicer and also have great knowledge of products! Definitely will be back!

Kim, Rob, and the staff at SFL are the best. They provide a wide variety of delicious, healthy, food options every week. They also offer nutrition counselling if you’ve made the decision to change your ways, but aren’t sure how to go about it.It’s super easy to pick up a delicious, nutritious, and fresh heat & eat meal from their store instead of hitting the drive thru.I shop there weekly.
