Josh is amazing and very knowledgeable. He truly cares about his animals and I won't shop anywhere else. So happy he's finally opened his own shop.

First time customer and I am impressed with this new pet store!Very nice atmosphere, helpful customer service and a great range of products. The owner (Josh, I think) said that he will special order any items that he does not currently stock, which is really cool and much more personalized than the chain pet stores ! I will be back and I suggest that you check them out.

I stumbled across this pet shop while exploring historic Cabbagetown.They have excellent prices, helpful staff, lots of exotic animals, and it's not too far from Castle Frank train station

I can't say enough great things about this shop! Amazing selection and the staff are kind and knowledgeable. Josh has been my go-to person for supplies and advice for caring for my animals for many years and I couldn't be happier to see this shop open. It's a great addition to the neighbourhood.

The only pet store I’ll shop at! Josh is the most friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful person you’ll ever meet, and all the other associates are amazing as well! They have extremely high quality product, they love and care for every animal they sell, and they are truly interested in making sure you are set for success! Go here for ALL your pet needs.

This place is amazing. I'm in the process of making a terrarium and the staff here have been a significant help, and they are so kind and friendly! They all know so much about wildlife, animals, habitats, aquariums, and more. I'll soon be adding a poisonous blue frog into the terrarium I'm currently building :)

Best pet shop in the city by far! I've only dealt with Josh and Crystal and they are both great people and they are both super helpful. They answered all my questions I had and made my experience at the shop was a great one. Will definitely be going back and will be recommending them to everyone i know for all of their pet needs!
