First time in the place. Was recommended them by a friend to take some watches in. They replaced a battery and ordered two new straps. And will order a new crystal for one watch soon. Small place. But very nice, friendly and knowledgable staff! Happy I found them!

So happy with this Jewelry shop, the manager Sean Susun is a world class gentlemen when it comes to customer service and satisfaction! I went in last week when my nice leather watch band had broke and needed repairs immediately! It was my first day in Edmonton and didn’t know any shops that can do a repair or anything of this caliber. I called a few and came across this one because I was in the area (30 minutes away from where I actually live)! But I was so glad I went in, Sean greeted my friends and I warmly and assisted us to the best that he could. He could tell I was very upset about my watch band being damaged and tried matching it with one of the many high quality leather straps he has in store. Unfortunately being a very picky consumer when it comes to my watches I didn’t quite like the colours of any of them compared to mine. But Sean said rest assured he shall search one up online and have it ordered it for me immediately! Also if I don’t like it he shall glue my old band back together for me and repair it, which he did. I am so impressed and loved his shop. All my friends and I shall be coming by for all our watch maintenance and purchase needs. Very well run shop with quality goods/services and people you can trust!

Sean and the ladies delivered exceptional service for my ring appraisals and polishing. Friendly, knowledgable, and honest about my options, I was very well taken care of by their team. My rings look brand new. 10/10 would recommend! They are trusted professionals!

My husband and I recently purchased our wedding rings from Sean at Westmount Jewellers and the service was amazing. He was super patient with us while we took our sweet time finding the perfect rings. We did not feel pressured to purchase something that was not right for us. The atmosphere was welcoming and positive from the moment we stepped in. Plus he has a couple cute friendly sleepy pups that made our day each time we saw them. I definitely recommend.

Googled the closest watch repair place and found this! Took my second hand eBay Gshock in to change the battery because I couldn't get it out. Glad I did because it needed an extra touch to get the unit to function again. Because I got it used I wasn't sure the condition of it. Everything works and was completed while I waited and pet the dog.Would recommend! I'll be back if I need anything again. Thank you

I like the ambiance of the place and the staff were accommodating, making their customer service unforgettable because each recommendation was genuine and kind. I had a great shopping experience and I enjoyed looking at their beautiful jewelries. The space of the store was alright and does not feel too crowded.

Really pleased with my experience at Westmount Jewellers. They did a beautiful repair job on the link of my St. Christopher pendant. Very quick and quality work. The owners were kind enough to help me find the perfect chain to wear it on as well. Really appreciate the care and attention to customer service that I received.
