I have never had an experience with bed bugs before coming here. If you want something done for the building the staff tries their best to accommodate. Overall a good place for Hamilton.

Building is full of cockroaches and other bugs that I've never seen in my life. Superintendent is very rude and disrespectful and she lies for the longest time we lived there she told us we don't have parking and then when we wanted to leave she said we have one free one when she never ever mentioned it and she used to yell at us if we had guests over and they parked their car in the parking lot. She started disrespecting us alot when we gave her 2 month notice she was very rude and unhelpful very bad experiences and unbearable living space with all the problems in the units.

We had an odor coming in to our pipes some people say that the superintendents will not do anything they are fantastic people and is trying to get the problem done they do try to please the people in this building they are working on it as I am writing this view any problem that I have complained to her about they have done their best to solve the problem they treat you with respect and follow up on any complaint

I have seen many different bugs here. Once brought to the superintendents attention, she dealt with it almost immediately.
