Nice place, good for kids but not very interactive for adults without kids. Seems like a great place for your kid birthday party or just if you’re looking for a weekend activity. After you can go for a walk around the lake as well. You can find free parking lot at the place.they just under construction and have new stations which were great

Lots to do. My kid was a little young to get the most out of it (2 1/2) but it was a nice way to spend the morning. Upgraded washrooms (pictured) were cool Will update review when new exhibits are open and renos are done next year. Thanks!

Recently visited with our 4 year old granddaughter. We love this attraction and have visited many times. However we were disappointed that many exhibits were broken, out of service and in general disrepair. We have a 3 hundred million dollar stadium that sits empty while the science centre, which is heavily attended, is ignored. Regina has very few family/ and visitor attractions. We should try and maintain and improve this wonderful venue.

I haven't been here for years but I remember it being a lot better back then. The gift store has shrunk to a quarter of the size I remember and the majority of items were out of stock. The traveling wild weather feature was good but the flight through the hurricane wasn't working and a few other videos were glitchy. The main part of the science center hasn't changed at all and with the amount of floor space, I expected more.

I'm not sure how to rate my experience, as I visited as an adult - It's 100% geared towards small children (10 or younger), but I did want to see the interior as the building was a decommissioned hydro plant and I wanted to visit some of the historic structures in Regina. If I had children in the city though, I would certainly bring them here. Variety of educational hands-on exhibits, very playground-like as another commenter remarked, and I liked the small biozone" room with live animals (snakes

The Saskatchewan Science Centre is a great destination for both kids and adults alike. The exhibits are interactive and educational, making it an ideal place for a family outing or a group of friends looking for a fun and informative experience. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the facility is well-maintained. The planetarium show and hands-on experiments are particularly enjoyable. Overall, the Saskatchewan Science Centre is a great place to spend some time and learn something new

This is a great place for kids to learn basic science, as well as some advanced science. However, on my visit this summer (July 2019), about 15% of items where out-of-order/not-fully-functional, either broken, or missing pieces. If you're planning to go there, make sure to check their opening hours before visiting the place. They also have some shows through the day, so check the schedule of the shows as well. Also, be prepared to stay long; we spend 5.5 hours in the place the first time we went there! In July and August 2019, they have a exhibit called JoyLab! Don't miss it, it's gorgeous, and would definitely cheer you up!

We love the science center! As a family of 6 (with kids ranging from 3-10) it's hard to find things to do that are both affordable and fun for all the kids. The science center definitely ticks all the boxes! It's only $100 for the year for my family (which means we only have to go twice for it to more than pay for itself) My kids love the science shows (especially the space one we recently saw!), The bubbles are always a hit and they love creating their own stories with the stop motion machines! They could spend hours checking out the snakes, turtles and other creatures, they love the mission to Mars video games and the pulley chairs. No matter how many times we go, it is always hours of fun!
