It is a busy branch, but they take care of clients well! Had a recent experience with The Customer Service Representative Roshan Richard at the counter, he showed good knowledge of the banking industry and helped me with the day's task, as well referred multiple solutions without over-selling. I definitely recommend this branch and friendly people!

I have been dealing with this branch for approx. 4 years. But I have to give Matthew Pickering a 5 STAR**** if I could give him a 10 star I would.As a retired banker myself he has exceeded my expectations. He was always looking for my best options. He would always return my calls or emails and if he didn't have an answer right then he let me know that he would look into it for me. He kept on top of my mortgage and made sure all my documents were completed. I have referred 2 of my friends and will continue to do so.This review was long overdue and I should have done it back in May! Thank you Matt for everything and I will definitely call you again when needed. Thanks :)

Had the pleasure of working with Roshan who was my mortgage advisor from National Bank. I am a first time homebuyer in Canada and needed a lot of help and guidance on the steps and documents required for getting my mortgage approved and Roshan was immensely helpful with this. He was always willing to jump on a call at anytime during the day and night. His level of service is hard to match and what every clients looks for when working with someone from a bank. I've been to this branch 4-5 times to make my loan payments, and I must say, I've never been so disrespected by a bank employee in my life. I have emailed National Bank about my occurrence today, but I must say Nav" (the supervisor) was extremely unwelcoming

We worked with Roshan Abraham for approval of mortgage on a new build. Roshan is an amazing mortgage professional. He worked with us to find the most beneficial approach and then followed up through the entire process. He was available to answer any questions and provided us with the best path forward and complete transparency. As this process went over a long period of time Roshan updated our application when a more beneficial option became available. I have already referred my friends to him and will continue to do so.

A very fantastic and quick support regarding my account. Advised me on the right package. Mr. Roshan Richard Abraham helped me in sorting out things in less than 5 minutes. A good branch but not sure why the security was holding the door like a doormen.

Honestly I have another bank who is willing to give me a rate slightly lesser than what I got from National bank but I am not willing it to proceed with the other bank just because Roshan.
