My experience at this location was beyond any expectation by far. The comfort and professionalism was exceeded as well. I had a bad experience at a different location, came here and my barber took exceptionally good care of me. ( wish I had gotten her name ) I will now forever return to this location in Airdrie due to the quality of service. Walking away happy, refreshed and looking stunningly sharp is all more the reason to do so. A big thanks to my barber and the Airdrie location team. See you in a couple weeks.Joe

I’ve going here for my haircut for a number of years now. Stylists are really good and they are always able to accommodate my unusual hair style requests. It’s always a pleasant experience during every visit. The place has a nice waiting area at the front and the styling area has a cool look to it, at least in my view. As of this writing, they have COVID-19 precautions firmly in place, which is very reassuring. Price is reasonable, and they have very nice hair products for sale as well.

This place has many good things to offer, including a relaxing atmosphere, a good infrastructure, free drinks, and a wide variety of hair products. There are expert hair stylists on staff. The haircut I got was perfect for my curly hair. After every visit, you can earn points that can be redeemed for discounts in the future. As for prices, they are reasonable as well. The overall experience was good.

Tommy guns is a great place…. for a bad haircut, all the barbers don’t listen to what u actually want. instead they go for the classic short side and long top. For the quality of hair cuts they give the price is wayyyy over priced. it’s kinda like the Mcdonald’s of haircuts!!!

The lady at the cashier was very sweet and totally amazing!When I got sat down for the haircut the lady was giving me a run down of her life and we had a really good conversation, she took her time and wanted my haircut to be perfect!Would definitely recommend going here

This is a kids barber now. And don't bother using the online check in you'll show up and it won't have worked and they'll helpfully suggest well maybe you can go to the other one on the other side of town

I didn't receive the full treatment that I paid for but the manager contacted me and gave me a full refund and offered me a discount on the next cut. This is exceptional treatment and I will continue to use this place for being willing to admit their failure and going the extra mile to correct it.
