Affordable Apartments in Lachine Quebec Canada

The building was noticeably clean. Cleaner than most. When I commented on that they mentioned they had a lady that comes in a few times per week just for cleaning. This was in addition to the janitor. The apartment itself was OK I guess, nothing overly fancy. It was clean and everything worked. Was worth it for me because price included free Wi-Fi.The management was in a league of its own. Started with the Lease Kit that included a bunch of stuff besides the lease including customized address labels for me. There was a welcome basket waiting for me when I moved in. They had a summer barbecue for all the tenants. Some people from other buildings in the area stopped by and they fed them also. They are not cheapo landlords.Laundry room has a TV and leather chairs to sit in and watch if you want to wait for laundry and it is only $1.50/load.Someone always answers the phone when I call and I can simply email or text them when I am in a hurry but need something done and they respond quickly.The few times I needed something they seemed eager to please. I liked that.
