I am dealing with Belmont Irrigation for a few years now. This company is well managed and organized. Before any appointment, I receive an email or call. On the visit day and when the technician is in his way to my house, I receive a text to inform me. The technicians I dealt with were professional.Last week, there was a little confusion from the staff. So, I emailed my concerns to the management. Mr. Mario responded professionally to me. He was very calm and listened patiently to my concerns. Then, he reported the staff confusion. Finally, he sent me one of his best technicians.Thank you so much, Mr. Mario, and will keep our business together for the coming years.MS

Polite, courteous and professional. Awesome end-to-end customer service, from the receptionist who called to book and confirm appointment, to the team which came to install the irrigation system. The team leader took the time to explain the system and answered all of my questions without hesitation. Highly recommended!

I have been using their services for several years now. Just recently had some yardwork done and needed their intervention. They sent off their technician as per the set appointment . Unfortunately we had a 'little glitch' . There was an issue. What impressed me they DID NOT Hide. They within a Flash called me back and rectified the situation extremely professionally. I get it there are sometimes 'little glitches ' but the way they Handled It , Until it was PERFECT . Chapeau . Customer Care , Customer service at 100%.

Their whole team, from the person who answers the phone to the team who installed the system - they were all courteous, polite and such a pleasure to deal with. We have received exceptional customer service from Belmont irrigation. They have gone over and beyond to please us with a new irrigation system, which we absolutely love. It is a convenient investment we have made to our home. The installation team did an exceptional job as well. We were worried about our lawn getting destroyed, but yet they installed an irrigation system without damaging it. Group Belmont installed my irrigation and fertigation system. Wonderful experience right from the start. The owner Mario is very knowledgeable and provided us with in-depth explanation and tailored our system to our needs. The Installation team were very professional, worked fast and cleaned up after themselves. They took the time to explain the wi-fi controller, which is a gem to have. Group Belmont system is by far the most advanced and hi-quality product out there. Always a pleasure calling the office, as they are always ready to help and accommodate.
