Very disrespectful to my pregnant wife. Very unprofessional. Made her drive all the way to my work with a screaming baby and 2 small kids because they wouldn't take credit card amd she left phone home charging. Then went to pick up dog after driving to get debit card and she basically tossed my dog outside and slammed door. Never said a word. We have used them for years and never an issue. We won't be bringing dog back. Never had issues at other kennels etransfering when home. We recommended them to lots of people Never again

Very accomodating. Always feel good about leaving our dogs at whitecourt kennels. Great setup and people who run this business. Also an excellent place for pet grooming.

I'll give a 10 star rating for this place, they always look after my dog when I have to go away for work and my dog gets excited when she gets to go here
