Small portions for meat on the large burrito I ordered. Got 3 scoops which were only 3/4 full and I asked for more meat and they charged me $2 extra. They guy in line behind me had same order and got 3 heaping scoops. I think 1 of his scoops was equal to my 3 scoops. Not worth the prices they charge.Won’t be going back.

I would give this place 5 stars for the food but I’m giving a 2 star for the experience I had with the lady today around 11:50am. I asked for a large shrimp burrito as I was mistaken due to one of their other staff members telling me last time that it was a large, and this lady insisted that the large burrito with extra shrimp was $21 when I usually pay $18.50 for it. Turns out what I get was a regular size tortilla, but instead of being deductive and breaking it down to me, she became defensive and started saying that “no the large is $21”. Once I figured it out for myself, she then made my burrito with such an unpleasant energy, her body language was not welcoming. I understand I may have made a mistake but it’s your duty to understand your menu and help your regular customer out and you can be a bit happier while serving people. I work in retail as a manager and I go above and beyond to make sure my customers are happy. People can read body language and tone and it’s not great when your regular customer is spending $18.50 for a burrito when the average burrito is about $14.

I find their toppings to always be fresh which is rare now a days. Portions depend on the employee you get some will skimp out from time to time.

Thanks for responding to my email. Unfortunately problem never resolved.if you are out of Guacamole in a Mexican restaurant you should tell people before they order. I knew something was missing and after I paid oh ya!! i need guacamole....sorry we are out! so.. burrito in a freezer until I make homemade guacamole

Seems strange to want to comment on service when the purpose of the visit was to grab lunch, but I really have to acknowledge the incredible experience we had today. Not only were we greeted promptly, but we were also greeted with exceptional service as well. You have to appreciate those moment when you are met with super nice people who, based on their kindness alone, it makes you want to come back. Food was excellent and all of the ingredients were delicious and fresh.

Poster on window and front counter for getting a gift card and will receive a small free burrito. Well this store has no gift cards for weeks and sign continue to be up on Jan 2 supper hour!!! False advertisement. Bad perception for this neighborhood. Also no manager on duty to resolve immediate issues.
