My first visit here was AMAZING! The screen of my Apple Watch fell off and brought it in for a quote, the nice lady at the front desk gladly took my watch and the technician in the back of the store fixed it within minutes! This place has fantastic employees with great customer service! 10/10 would recommend.

Waited two months to repair the screen and still no progress. Many times I was told a screen was available, yet when I went to drop off the phone they changed their mind and said the screen cannot be used for repair. Terrible customer service with unapologetic attitude. It’s just better to request a replacement than waiting to repair the device here.

GREAT SERVICE . My laptop was not working. The hard drive was replaced. The employees were so friendly and explained everything to me. This was the 3rd time I have had electronics repaired there . 5 stars great service .

When my phone was broken it was extremely easy to get a call-in quote for the damage. It was quick and easy to get the device diagnosed and their same day fix was incredibly fast too. Any issues i had were with Samsung themselves.

Replaced my screen in less than an hour- and then when I realized I had apple care they replaced the old screen and refunded the previous repair totally free. I feel bad I wasted their time but they were excellent. Really went above and beyond.

Yes they will do a good job at fixing your broken product but the customer service is terrible. Rude, persistent and pushy. I won’t be back. Doctor phone fix quoted me 70$ less, was super polite and I had my broken screen fixed in no time.

My phone shut off and it wouldn't charge or turn back on. I read their reviews and decided to take my phone there. Within 5 minutes they had repaired my phone and at no charge. I will definitely recommend them and they will be the place I will always go to in the future.
