I've been using this company for many years. I dropped off a sample at the lab and asked for a priority test which is 2 days. I received my result in 10 days which was fine, but then they charged me as a priority. When I asked to speak with a manager, he called me back. He was VERY rude and argumentative saying that I still have to pay the priority fee even though it took 10 days longer due to staff cuts etc. I was trying to be reasonable and explain that the right thing to do would be to just charge the normal fee as that is what you do in customer service as that is the service I received. He would not listen and just hung up on me. I was being calm and kind. He was just rude and angry. It's unfortunate as I use them and recommend my clients use them and now unfortunately I will not be using them anymore.

Used Bio chem a few times and they have been nothing but excellent. Quick and efficient. I will always use them and I highly recommend them

really poor & rude costumer service; When I was inquiring about a service the manager gave me an unrealistic price & did not want to answer any of my following questions & just hung up the phone;I would not recommend any of their services;
