They've always been on time and I've always had great service. My whole experience was amazing. I hired this company for a limo service for my wedding on September 21, 2019. First, I contacted 11 limo companies from Brantford, Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph, and more; Wright was hands down the cheapest. I paid in advance and the staff was friendly, the facilities were spotless, and the vehicles were luxurious and also clean. On the day of, the driver was polite, punctual, and drove safely. When it was time for their service to end we actually ran a few minutes over but we never got charged extra, like I'm sure other companies would have done. Will definitely use and recommend in the future!

Patrick and his team at Wright Limousine provide nothing less than World Class Customer Sevice. The ladies in the office were great to deal with and they answered all of the questions I had about a round trip to Hamilton Airport. When Mark picked us up at 4 am, he had a positive attitude even thought he had to drive us through a snow storm (his driving skills were impeccable and I am glad I didn't drive). My wife and I used them both extremely early in the morning and very late at night for trips to/from the airport. They are extremely reliable, and very friendly. Their office staff and their chauffeurs are both extraordinarily helpful and very sensitive to clients needs. A couple of months ago we needed to rush our son from the airport to the funeral home in time for his grandmother's funeral, and they made sure he made it here on time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Wright Limousine Service as the best choice there is!

Patrick and his team were amazing. We booked limo service to Pearson airport and the experience was exceptional. They showed up on time and the drivers were courteous and professional. Pre-Arranged for Wright Limousine to pick us up at Toronto Pearson YYZ Airport last night for 23:05 ACA1633 flight. Proceed to Far end of Departure Terminal1 at A door and tell security guard we are ready for pickup. Limo arrives shortly thereafter and our Driver loads 4 bags including large golf bag and we are on our way to Downtown Kitchener. The Driver monitors Flight Aware to know whether flight is on schedule or not.Steve Warren was our very experienced and safe driver and he unloaded out bags and brought them inside our condo door. 100% totally satisfied as we were on our last YYZ pickup pre-Covid. Highly recommend The Wright Limousine Service.Traveller’s Tip - For those arriving from outside Canada as we were and need to be processed through Canada Customs I highly recommend downloading ArriveCanApp and entering in your Passport Info and email, etc. once you arrive follow the Green Express signs and arrows to bypass the lineups for Customs. You scan your Passport at the self-use terminals, it takes your photo, prints a receipt with your photo on it, glass gates swing open, show slip to first Canada Customs person who waves you though and same at far end where everyone is exiting. Never spoke to Canada Customs whatsoever, just show the receipt with Passport in hand. You are asked to certify that you have not exceeded limits of goods being brought in. Absolutely an almost painless, fast experience. You can enter more than one family person when you sign up but each one needs to scan their passport at the kiosk terminal.

There was a group of us going to a concert out of town, because there were so many of us we ended up having to we change our schedule a few times and wright was so accommodating.We had a great driver who was professional and very nice. We had an amazing time.Everyone in our group would definitely recommend this company!

I have been using Wright for well over 10 years for all of my personal and business needs and have referred them to all of my friends and family as they always deliver the best service at competitive prices. I'm always impressed with their responsiveness to my inquiries, flexibility with ever changing plans and flights, as well as their continuously improved fleet which keeps up to modern standards. My most recent experience was in one of their SUV limo's which had bluetooth audio, great sound & lighting systems, beverages on ice as requested, and a top notch driver to complete the perfect experience.
