I didn't really know anything about DigiBandit but found them online when I needed my laptop repaired but if I ever need anything done again I am definitely going back to them. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, willing to help, explain everything clearly as to why it happens and option of what needed to be done. Great place to do business.

I got my laptop repaired by Ethan and what a great guy he is! He did not even charge me as he said it was a quick fix and took less than 10 minutes - where do you see such honesty and work ethic today?!? I am so glad I found this place as it is hard to find someone who is genuine and won't take advantage of you to make few extra bucks. I am definitely going to recommend them to everyone I know and definitely going back.If you are looking to buy a refurbished laptop or repair your laptop, don't look any further. You can trust these guys blindly, they are the BEST!!! I would give them a 100 stars if I could! Thank you for providing such extraordinary service and experience.

I called to see if they had a SATA DVD Drive which is not a very common item these days. Person on the phone was friendly and super helpful and had one ready for me within minutes at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend :)

Amazing service and knowledge.I had a motherboard and CPU which did not boot together anymoreI ended up bringing in the bricked z370-E with a i7-8700k and digibandits were instantly able to look into the matter to assist in ordering a new board from their supplier.Will definitely be visiting here again for anything computer/technology related.

Awesome experience, Ethan was so helpful and really knew his stuff. My laptop had the blue screen of death, although it couldn't be salvaged, he tried a lot of stuff and kept me informed all along. I also got great deal on a reconditioned tower for my desk to start over.I have already recommended to another business and son-in-law for upgrades and repair, definitely Poppa's Workshop recommended.
