that is such an amazing store we absolutely loved it, that is the only store we will buy kids clothing from now they have just got a very devoted customer

This is a nice store. Some new options for kids clothing. Almost always there is one or other sale / discount on going. Not much options for fancy dress.Store is hard to find using google maps. Location is wrong. This is located on second level next to Walmart. Very next to lotto. Look at the video to understand the location of this store.

Very bad customer service. Nice collection of seasonal clothing but customer service is very rude.The girl at counter Simran(if i was given the correct name), doesn't have customer service skills at all. Asked her to show some sizes but her attitude made me regret it.Other two girls were nice and helpful but she called away the girl helping me.what ever she wanted her to do could wait because she was helping a customer. kids like clothes form urban kids but not going to come at this location.

Love this store! Buy all my daughter’s clothes here, she’s not into pink, glitter or frilly things this is the only store that we can get entire outfits for her without having to shop in the boy section exclusively, we do that too tho. Thank you for making shopping easy for us I hate how frustrated and disappointed she gets at other stores

Great Collection for kids clothing also an exceptional customer service by Komal and Simran, both of them were very polite and helped me with my purchase.

We bought stuff more than $300 and the store staff are really rude especially a young asian girl with really long eye lashes that works there she was extremely impolite throwing stuff at the counter infront of us, giving us these weird rude looks while shopping, marking stuff final sale, and refusing to exchange stuff despite store policy allows exchange. Customer service is the worst i ever seen they need to learn some manners. Inaddition the quality is not that great but the styles are nice therefore its ok for the price my only concern is this seriously poor impolite customer service. I would've given them more stars if they had better customer service.
