Chandam and Stacey are awesome and helpful. The charge port on my daughters ipad was messed up gave me the appropriate info to get it fixed. Had to be sent away but was back in no time. Will definitely be back for anything else.

I cracked my phone on Friday and went to Jake on Saturday! He fixed my phone within 10 minutes. After that, I had a little problem with my phone so the next day he told me to come back and he fixed the problem right away and was extremely caring about it. He is a real one and I'm so happy that I decided to go to him. I will definitely stick with him with all my screen repairs in the future from now on. His prices for screen repairs are so affordable compared to what Apple or Samsung charges! Thank you again Jake!

I inquired about a laptop battery repair. I was initially served by a guy that was extremely rude and degrading. But another man, Saeed, quickly intervened. He was excellent! Knowledgeable, kind and extremely helpful. He took the time to take apart my laptop and clean it free of charge. He also printed different options for where I could buy the part. So if you go to the Coventry location, ask for Saeed!

Great and quick service with an affordable price. My phones wifi chip stopped working and they fixed it in a day. Other places were quoting $250 but they fixed it for $150. They also installed a new screen protector for free!

DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING TO THEM!!! They are nothing but thieves...They stole everything out of my phone and it took them three weeks for me to get anything back, a complete runaround...all for nothing... I took three different devices to them and they did not do anything for any of the devices, other than steal parts from them!! On top of all that... one of the devices that was given back to me wasn’t even mine .... not sure what they did with my device... extremely unprofessional, they lied for three straight weeks, and on top of that, stole everything out of my other phone.... DO NOT GO THERE for anything... if you do, your not Guaranteed your device will be there when you come back for it!
