TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Avoid this branch if possible.The branch Manager clearly does not care about the customers satisfaction or quality of product they sell.When refinancing out Line of Credit, the agent at this bank took 2 1/2 months to get her act together and provide the paperwork for signing. by the time she had the paperwork ready the interest rate had gone up.There was no apology from the agent about their failure to provide the documents in a timely manner.Second, after informing the branch manager that his staff was not able to complete their work in time, costing us a increase in interest rate, he was unreceptive to the idea this his staff could be the problem. he promised to investigate the issue and call us back, but he never returned the call.When a branch manager is not capable of returning a call, you know there is serious issues with the branch in general.

I have always had quality services from everyone at this branch since i was only 8 years old and had my first account open. I am now 24 and hate going anywhere else after opening accounts in rbc, scotia and bmo. No branch in victoria has provided me with better service in 16 years
