Today we (my son and I) visited Tangles to see Tanya. My son who is three hasn't had a hair cut in salon in a very long time( 2 plus years for various reasons). We were both nervous about his experience as he was back and forth on having his hair cut. We were greeted with huge smiles by Tanya and Destinee. I booked a hair cut for myself as well, we started with my hair so he could get used to the atmosphere. He was much more relaxed by the time we started his and Tanya was able to get right to work with him on my lap. He fussed a few times and Destinee stepped in to distract him while dealing with a customer of her own right away. Needless to say, we both left happy with our hair cuts and will be back every time we need a refresh. Over the moon with they're friendly, compassionate service. Can't thank you both enough!

On July 21, the day before my trip to Kelowna, I was in desperate need of a haircut, and I got lucky! I discovered Danielle at Tangles!My hair is very thick. I was in the chair for an hour. Everyone in Kelowna said I looked wonderful. I feel so young and pretty, and I am 69 years old.This lady is one marvelous stylist! She knew without me telling her anything, exactly how to cut my hair. Best haircut I have had in years! Danielle is truly talented, highly skilled and very well trained. Absolutely fabulous experience! I will go to Danielle again in 6 weeks without hesitation.

I have to share this amazing photo of the beautiful hairstyling that Destinee did for me to attend a formal event. She was able to work me into her schedule due to traveling in from Saskatoon and did a wonderful job. This is not something I often do, but she made it perfect! Thank you Tangles and Destinee!

Been going to Danielle for a few years now, always great service and exactly what I like. Also got laser hair removal for unibrow, hair has been gone for years now. Very happy! The other Tangles staff has always been professional and friendly! 10/10 recommended.

This is the best haircut I've had in my life. I had extremely thick, almost waist-length hair that was feeling very heavy and frumpy. I went in with a picture and got exactly what I asked for, plus a lot of layering and texturing (which the stylist asked me ahead of time if I would like). I've never had my hair look like it even had a style, because it's difficult to cut. My stylist was kind, extremely skilled, and very in sync with what I wanted. I would definitely go here again, and recommend all my friends too.
