Terrible. Lived hear for a year and as soon as I moved out they raised the price of my apartment from $1500 to $2050. Wasn't even worth the $1500 when I lived there and I doubt they've done anything to improve it. Management never responded to any complaints or issues and every single request for ignored. Oh unless your rent payment is one day late! Then you hear from them non stop like a call center.

This property is amazing! They are very accommodating to us tenants! and making sure our place is good!

I've lived here since 2020 and now I want to terminate my lease, but I've been denied. Even though the N9 contract was signed. This does not help me. I hope my legal rights are protected.

Nice building, have been here since December and just wanted to wait before posting. People are friendly, daytime cleaning staff do a good job, superintendent is friendly.
