Sewage disposal service

I have no problem with Lino‘s price, service, or knowledge. I’ve used him repeatedly and he never let me down. However he flat out refused to take responsibility for breaking my neighbours fence. A neighbour who loaned me his vacant parking spot for the bin. A neighbour who never parks his car in that spot. A neighbour who noticed the damage as soon as Lino left. There’s no real question as to who cost the damage. Mistakes happen, but to flat out accuse us of lying to shirk responsibility shows you where this company’s morals and accountability stand should any conflicts or challenges arise. In the words of Donald Trump, sad.

$500 minimum charge for staff to arrive, say they could not help, and 15 minutes later leave trash behind for me to clean up. Disrespectful staff and overall awful experience.

Amazing!!! No long waits like other companies. Came and did 3 loads. The guy was so nice... And patient dealing with my 4 year old lol. Will def use them next year.

I phoned and spoke to Becky who referred us to the owner Joe. Joe sent me a detailed email and also very kindly stopped by when he was in the area to ensure we had the info we needed. We haven't even used their pumping services yet and it's already been a great experience. Thank you for your help as we navigated this learning curve!

Needed a plumber, he showed up, explained everything he did so that even my wife could understand. Excellent service

Called them because my well pump was not running. They showed up visually checked my fuse box for the well pump and told me it was fine. Gave me a $3400.00 estimate for a new pump wiring fuse box and so on. Turned out it was the fuse box. Because someone else decided to use a meter on it. $340.00 it ended up costing.The owner has since called this a fake review and threatened to report me to google. I have their original email and a printed copy as proof. These people are very sly when they give an estimate they automatically include discounts to reel you in their techs are and sound very professional. Please be aware!!!!!

First thing this morning our septic alarm goes off. At 7:30am we call SP. From the first call with Brian, to the follow up cal with Tanya the service was fantastic. They said we would have someone on-site to help by mid afternoon. Sure enough at about 12:30 Carson and Matt showed up. They identified the issue fairly quickly and repaired our pump, as well as making a couple fix-ups to the initial installation by others. They were extremely courteous and professional. Outstanding service all around. I will highly recommend SP to others

Came within 45 minutes on a Saturday for a tank that need to be cleaned immediately. Provided great advice on how to maintain my septic tank in the future to avoid the situation that occurred. I would HIGHLY recommend you use Allan House Jr.!!
