Had a really good experience, the baggage drop and security check-in was quick. While arriving, was out of the plane quickly and the baggage came to the belt swiftly. Love the coffee shop at the airport. Employees working at the airport are friendly. Overall this airport is less crowded, friendly employees and efficient processes.

Great! Good size of airport. Just pick up Car rental right at terminal. Nice and clean. Not to busy. Never be in the line for restroom. Only 40 minutes to Niagara Falls.

The airport is fantastic at 6 am. at least. Not many people driving in on departure road. There is no line for checking bags. Full flight took off and landed on time. I needed wheelchair assistance, and it was easy and pleasant to call the staff and advise them that I had arrived. Wheelchair driver was great....he got a good tip from me. I don't have any complaints.

This is a nice small city airport. You can get very affordable flights for both Americans and Canadians. It also offers affordable on site parking. The security lines are usually pretty short. All the food offerings and stores are after check in and security. Washrooms are always clean.

Well, all the folks there were nice today...I just detest restricted water that comes out of the faucet when you wash your hands. It came out 1.5 seconds max, and I had to do it 4 times. There is more water on this earth than everything else.

Great airport for convenient departures and fairly priced parking. Generally pretty quiet and quick to get out from. However, the baggage claim experience (particularly in the evening) is ATROCIOUS. Expect 30+ minutes for your bags to be delivered to be carousel, regardless if there are no other flights landing. Consider just a carry-on.

Nice size compared to larger cities. Good food options. Self parking and car rental is fairly an easy process.Wonderful hard working staff all around.

The airport is very nice and small, you can find your way around easily. The TSA lines are so short because the airport isn’t very big. With only 26 gates you can find anything in the airport with ease. The airport is great for plane spotting as it is small!
