This review is for Dr. Duncan not the other orthodontists as I have never actually visited this clinic, but was a patient of Dr. Duncan back when I was a child.Its been over a decade since I've visited Dr. Peter Duncan. 12 years later and my bite is still perfect. If you are and individual who believes in the highest grade of quality this is the orthodontist for you. This is a life long investment in your teeth and you will not regret it if you get a smile done by Dr. Duncan.

We are new to town and transferring to docbraces mid way through my daughter's braces treatment. Our former orthodontist (fantastic ortho and staff) had stated that elastics would be used to treat my daughters overbite. Dr. Dalia insisted it would be molar extraction or jaw surgery. She repeatedly stated that my daughters jaw is misshapen in front of my daughter which was very upsetting (its not misshapen). She also got her age wrong twice. Feels like she possibly ly gets a kickback from the oral surgeon? Definitely gives off that impression. After a discussion about transferring money and cost, I said we'd like to think about it as the surgery discussion was upsetting to us, we were briskly escorted out of the office. I was left a little stunned. Needless to say we won't be going back and neither will my 2 younger children. Seems extremely money focused and greasy. Front desk staff are a little unfriendly and impatient. Not very good customer service.

Transfered from another Doc Braces clinic where we we've been clients for the past 10 years. Super disappointing. After spending thousands and thousands on Invisaline, this clinic dropped my kid like a hot rock even though she will need an ortho specialist until she gets her front tooth implant. I guess they made their money on us and we have since graduated from their program. Cha-ching$ cha-ching$. They tried to make reparations when I got stinky but I'm not sure I have faith in a clinic where we're scheduled in on a day the doctor is on vacation and we're asked to leave our retainer for a week so the doc can inspect it upon return. Photos were taken on an ancient iPhone. And then I got a call after the fact saying we missed our appointment. Huh?? This was one of two appointments. We have since high-tailed it out of there.

Inadequate OrthodontistUnfortunately, I booked an online appointment with this clinic for orthodontic related issues. I explained the case to them and they confirmed that their orthodontist will provide a professional consultation.They sent me an email stated that they will take some orthodontic photos and digital x-rays and I’ll meet with their Doctor (Dalia Taher) & Treatment Coordinator who will provide a professional consultation and answer my questions.While I was waiting to Dr. Dalia to show up and provide the consultation, instead, they sent the office manager who advised me to go to a general dentist!I got humiliated at this cheap clinic which recruiting unprofessional staff who don’t respect patients, but only give orders to irrelevant employees to advise on medical treatment.Is the office manager entitled to give medical consultation for patients!It’s better for this clinic to review the ethics of conduction with patients and change the whole staff starting with the orthodontist.In the same day, I went to a dentist who advised that my tooth treatment should be handled by an orthodontist.Then I decided to write this review so no one would be a victim.Never go to this clinic if you love yourself!

Both my kids got braces at doc braces. It was a great experience in many ways. The staff are amazing. The office is bright and welcoming. The original quotes were hundreds of dollars less than the first place we had gone. Look no further. This place is great!

I was referred to Dr. Duncan over 5 years ago and they are truly amazing. From the moment you walk into the door, the friendly, knowledgeable and efficient staff greet you by name and get you setup right away for your appointment. Both my son and daughter have received treatment from Dr. Duncan and we couldn't praise his thoroughness and care enough. Both my children have now finished their care and their teeth are just beautiful and we couldn't thank the team enough for my son and daughter's new smiles. We are so sad we wont be seeing them as often but really thrilled with the outcome!!!

Dr. Duncan and his team have a warm, sincere professionalism and an adherence to excellence and precision that is impressive. The office is modern and uplifting, appointments are on time, and the team is calm, cheerful, welcoming and knowledgeable. My daughter and I have been patients for several years and both of us have complicated cases. Dr. Duncan and his team are courteous and patient, always taking time to thoroughly explain our care to us. I especially appreciate that they explain my daughter's treatment directly to her, making her feel involved in her orthodontic plan. I feel confident and comfortable about our care, knowing that Dr. Duncan's excellence and thoroughness thread through every aspect of his practice. The office is very smoothly-run: from a kind reception, through booking appointments, to the ease of direct billing, every part of being a patient at docbraces Victoria is pleasant. We are fortunate to be patients of Dr. Duncan's and heartily recommend docbraces Victoria.

Both of my sons have gone through their orthodontic care with Dr Duncan. I have appreciated the ease of this office right from appointment to financial flexibility. There has been a good flow of communication between our family and Dr Duncan and his staff. Everyone has been very kind. My son’s have great smiles and I would recommend this office to friends and family.

I could not be more satisfied with the service I received, I was walked through every single step that was being done and I got my first set of aligners today, their team made sure I was comfortable throughout the session and constantly checked on me, my treatment plan was explained to me in details and what to expect and I am so excited for my journey.

My experience with docbraces has been great since the moment I started with them. You are treated to a professional and enthusiastic staff that seem genuinely interested in helping you succeed. Any questions I had were answered honestly and completely which really made me feel confident I was making the right choices. There is no high-pressure sales tactics or pushing of unnecessary procedures and all my options were laid out in a way I could understand. Dr. Duncan clearly knows what he is doing and really had my best outcome in mind. When presenting options to me, he was very honest with what each would result in and offered his if you were my daughter" recommendations as well.
