This is a much better option then the other grocery stores in town. The prices are much lower. They don't always have what we are looking for because it's a smaller store then the city of course. But we can usually find what we need. The staff is always cheerful and efficient.

Good prices a very busy store. Ponoka has very expensive groceries this store helps with cost. I live in a smaller rural town and our groceries aren't as expensive as this town.

Great deals and awesome staff and a plus I found the white cheddar cheese powder!

On a seemingly ordinary morning, I ventured into Paul's NO FRILLS in search of skim milk to quench my thirst throughout the workday. Little did I know, the universe had other plans for me. As I strolled the aisles, I spotted a treasure trove of juicy hamburger meat for a mere 10 bucks! It was destiny calling. I made a mental note to return after work to claim my prize.That fateful evening, as I triumphantly secured my share of bargain ground beef, a carton of orange juice caught my eye. It seemed innocuous enough, so I tossed it into my cart, completely unaware of the rollercoaster ride it would send me on.The next day, as I began cooking my deliciously affordable hamburgers, the siren call of the orange juice lured me to the vodka on my counter. It was a sign – a perfectly concocted screwdriver was in my future. Two drinks later, my spirits soared, and just as the hamburgers sizzled in the air fryer, fate intervened again.Enter my new roommate, equally merry from his own libations, who dropped the bombshell that a new club had just opened up. What were the chances? Despite my early appointment the next day, I couldn't resist the adventure. A beer, a call to a buddy, and we were off into the night!From the new club to a gentleman's club, and finally to a wild music studio party, my life transformed into a whirlwind of new faces and unforgettable experiences. The cherry on top? I managed to steal someone's cab at the end of the night and still made it to work the next day, only to find my 9 AM appointment had canceled!So, if you're looking for more than just groceries, I wholeheartedly recommend Paul's NO FRILLS Ponoka. After all, if it weren't for that $10 hamburger, I never would've bought the orange juice, which spiraled into one of the most epic nights of my life. Come for the deals, stay for the adventure!

Very good place, has more options and things for buying than Lacome Nofrills. Staff's are good and kind.

Very reasonable prices on all products, as we know everything is so high right now. They seem to have more tellers now which is awesome cuz I don't use self-checkout. The staff are very personable it's a good shopping experience.

Poor customer service and managerial skills on this date. Staff told my better half that she had too many items for the express line, which would be fine (22 items with a 13 limit) but continued to tell her she was a repeat offender (which she wasn’t) and told her she was not welcome back to the store. We shop for a family of six but I won’t be going there. Obviously they don’t value the businesses in their community.

Sold me expired product. Watch what you buy check expiration dates. Shamefull that loblows can make record profits off expired food.
