Europerfect recently completed an intricate, 4-level, custom staircase as part of our renovation project.Their craftsmanship, attention to detail and customer service was of the highest quality throughout.It is rare today to find contractors like Europerfect that take such obvious pride and ownership in their product.I highly recommend Europerfect.

Pawel and his team were incredible to work with. They renovated my existing condo staircase which required special customization and I couldn't be happier. They were very thorough, took time to explain the process, and their communication throughout the entire quote, design and build process was phenomenal. There were a few touch ups that were needed after the final install and they made sure that they came back to make sure it was perfect. I would recommend Europerfect to any of my friends and family. My wife and I have renovated two homes in the past couple of years. On each occasion we contracted Europerfect for the work on the stairs. Their commitment to excellence is nothing short of amazing. Really, had we not thought that after the first job we would never have sought them out for the second. The owners, Pawel and Elizabeth, clearly take pride in their craft. Pawel truly listens to the customer but also shares his creative ideas and experience. Elizabeth has the eye for wood stain and Eugene, their installer, works meticulously to ensure the finished product is absolutely beautiful. Our latest stairs project involved wood and glass. I recently bought a townhouse in Oakville and had some renovations to do including a new staircase to replace the carpet with hardwood and update the handrail and posts. I did lots of research and knew from the moment I met Paul at Europerfect that they were the right company to do the work. Paul is passionate about his product and good quality workmanship he and I were talking at his showroom about his current and previous project and the challenges his team had with a complicated floating steel staircase. When I told him the colour staining of my White Oak flooring was very difficult to match (My flooring company who supplied it, couldn't get the staining right for stairs and therefore didn't want to undertake the work) Paul & Elizabeth were determined to get the staining match right for the stairs and also helped me salvage some of my existing pickets for the new stairs. They were personable and professional during the quote right through to completing the works it was a pleasure to correspond with Elizabeth. Europerfect team arrived as promised to install the stairs and did an excellent job, I was very thankful that they met the deadlines and delivered such beautiful stairs.
