As a retired multi-trades ticket holder I am struggling to pay the renewal fees on a fixed retirement income. Before my retirement I could claim employment expenses to these fees and the exam fees to renew my licenses. Now I cannot! Because of my retirement after decades in the trade industries I have to give up my licenses as I cannot afford the fees? Through the years since its establishment, Technical Safety BC has steadily transformed from a SAFETY FIRST Authority" for the sake of ensuring trade safety codes

First of all the call centre is the happiest call centre I have ever called. 100’s of calls made and 100% of them have been answered by a friendly helpful rep. You can feel that they want to help you as best they can. 10 out of 10!I have met dozens of inspectors and they all have been extremely knowledgeable. Help and clarification is what they have always provided. 10 out of 10!The cost/benefit is without question in my favour.Well done ESA!

Why you don't check the cars speed on 100 avenue Laval, near rue Eliot !!!!! we saw only police giving people wrong tickets on stop signs at the end of the month ( for their reward and bonus)!!!

They told me I would get my permit in 24 hours. I did exactly what I was supposed to do. 7 weeks later, after 5 fruitless contact attempts and several broken promises, I got it. But now my electrician friend has moved away, which will cost me hundreds if not thousands. I asked to talk to a manager a week ago and still nothing. 6 strikes. Nobody came to check the work or advise. I got less than zero value for my money.

Our instructor Sam was absolutely fantastic. He was thorough with the information that he taught. He was high energy and entertaining. He used real life experiences throughout his teachings to help us better understand the methods we were learning. Highly recommend this course with him!

Canada Heavy Equipment College
I had a really great experience, while taking this program. I started off knowing nothing about heavy equipment, and now feel confident to go off and begin my career in this field. Tim and Dan and both very knowledgeable, and excellent trainers, they were always ready to help if I needed anything, gave very clear instructions, and would demonstrate how to do things if I askedI will definitely recommend this school to others, and I will be going back in the spring to take their AZ program.

Typical out to lunch, slow, unresponsive, red tape lined government bureaucracy with little impact or meaning other than to justify their own existence.

Peel Children's Safety Village
I've been here multiple times (as a student and as a teacher visiting with a class) and I don't know the last time this place got an update. All their equipment is very 1990-early 2000's. The education portions are very interesting, and engaging and taught well by amazing officers! It's a great place to visit, but they really do need an upgrade!
