Paige, the lovely young lady at the Telus store in Welland's Seaway Mall, helped me find a new phone after my old one had an unfortunate accident and no longer let me make phone calls or receive texts.Buying a phone after having the same one for almost 2 years made me a little worried, what if I didn't find a phone that I was in love with? What if it didn't have the features I was looking for?Thankfully Paige was there. She took my nervous state and helped me more than you know.I was given many options but she helped me whittle it down to 2. The Huawei P30 lite and the P30 Pro.There are many features shared between the two but the better camera and gorgeous shell on the phone (Opalescent I believe) won my heart over.If ever looking for a new phone provider or even just updating to a new plan please look no further than Paige at Telus. She took such good care of me and I don't regret my phone purchase one bit.Thank you Telus but thank you even more so Paige.

Always positive experiences at this store, I was assisted by Paige and she was very polite, helpful and made my overall experience fantastic. I just wanted to say how grateful I am for Vanessa at Telus in the Seaway Mall Telus location She was extremely kind and patient with trying to get my info from my old phone on to my new phone It was no easy task as I had dropped my old phone and half the screen was black and I thought it was going to be impossible to transfer my photos and contacts Thanks to Vanessa she made the impossible possible !Thanks again for the great customer service Much appreciated !

Super friendly and helpful with picl which phone is best for me. I wish I would have got the girl's name. She transferred everything over from my old phone and was knowledgeable and informative. I had a great experience! And I love my new phone !

Telus store in Seaway mall is definitely a 10 plus. Representatives are knowledgeable, understanding, patient, hear you, see you and show that you matter. Resolve all and any issues presented to them by customers. Very respectful to me. I observed other staff while there, all displaying the same service I received from my representative (Joey B.) Page was very helpful helping me transfer everything over on my phone. Sadly this new phone I bought else where is junk. Called Telus they sent me out the phone I wanted and will bee returning for them to work their magic.

I came into this branch for a new phone. Paige is the one who worked with me, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and friendly, it seemed like she enjoyed helping me with my purchase and took her time to go over the details with me. rather then just try and make a sale and get the next customer in.
