I would like to file a complaint with the company Megabus where the bus station in Montreal was impossible to find. There was no signs anywhere indicating how to get to the bus station from the metro.The signs should be large and have the same font style as the company logo so it's easy for anyone (nurotypical or atypical) can find the location.I almost missed the bus due to the fact that I had a difficult time finding the bus station.

Recently had a round trip to Toronto by Megabus. It was actually much better than I thought. The bus is clean and the seats provide reasonable legroom. The downside is the bus is not equipped with wifi and charging station. The bus was delayed for more than 1 hour on the return trip due to rush hour traffic at 4 pm when leaving Toronto. Will try again.
