My solar watch had issues after about a year. Vaughan Mills location replaced the darn thing. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

Such a bad costumer service by one employer, I went there to exchange my hybrid watch belts, which I paid 35 $ almost for new belts and he fixed 2 different coloured, which looks mixmatched. And he argued this is same and I can’t fix anything for it.My expensive watch is useless now.

I went to the Vaughan Mills Store to return two watches. I met Benisha and she convinced me to look at some new designs. I ended up getting a new watch even though i didnt plan on getting one. I am picky but she knew what i was or not looking for :)She was personable and have an amazing personality. We need more people like her to provide a pleasant customer experience.
