Your meat department has the most disgusting meat I’ve ever seen and just walk right by it. The meat is usually brown and outdated by days.You obviously don’t care seeing as it’s been happening before covid and others have left reviews.The meats not good for rabid animals either.I’ll add photos soon

need more small carts.730 Am 1 person at till all self serve not open, get stuck behind 2 big orders.... Why not have self serve open in AM asap to alleviate congestion? It makes no sense

This rating is SPECIFICALLY for the meat department. I am so fed up with this store. We've accidentally bought sausage or ground beef that was past it's date by DAYS one time we found a package that was almost a week out. The last few times we've purchased sausage it's turned within hours. The sausage is in date as per the sticker but upon closer inspection the meat is turning colour and gives off a relatively strong sour smell that just gives my fridge a rancid smell. Are you selling meat past it's prime and relabeling it? Is the meat department just packaging stuff improperly? Whichever it is I doubt anything will actually change. I doubt anyone from this store will actually read this. I hope they do because from just reading other reviews this isn't an isolated issue.This isn't just a rant on the workers. This wouldn't happen if Management was better.

I love to shop here. From groceries to apparel, even hot food, they have it all. One stop shop

Prices are high compared to other grocery stores. Out of stock on many items. Manager does not care about customers and is very unprofessional in how he handles his duties.

Selection seems to be shrinking, lose the clothing section. Better marking of aisle contents. Either there's no stock or it's not being managed well. New girl Lauren? Always smiling. I know it's Alliston but try to upscale the store a bit. Bring back the pizza oven. Might be nice to have bread baking. I know I can't resist a warm loaf.

Bought 2 phones from the mobile shop. It was a big hassle to get the contract as advertised between Fido and the store. Some of the bill credits and bonus points that were promised didn't get applied. I had to visit 3 times to attempt to get it all done; spent approximately 2.5 hours there in total. When I returned the final time, the reps had given up on helping me get my credit, and ended up blaming the Rogers rep for not returning with the codes"."

Super clean store, loads of varieties and frindly staff. Fast check out. Love this store n go there often

I deleted my 5 star. So many things dont have prices. Customer service spoossed to be open till 8 and they seam to always want to close early.

Just had the most wonderful customer service from Fiona at the bakery department.If only there were more people like her in this world things would run more smoothly and efficiently.
