Better option than Canadian Tire. Especially with their return policy! If you open something from CT and its defective or poor quality they dont refund your money. Pay a bit more and support BMR. They have a good selection of material, a wood yard and a good amount of tools. Prices are fair and not much worse than the big box renovation stores. Pool and spa chemicals, BBQs and seasonal items also. They also refill propane for 9.99, which is very convenient.

They announced a decent deal on a lawnmower in their weekly flyer which I received on Friday so I went the next day to get one. Surprise, none left as usual. The clerc said he would give me a voucher and call when it came in. Two days later a get a call only to be told that they cannot honor their voucher. This is what I call poor customer service.

Worst customer experience ever. They take your money and don't deliver the products. When you try to contact them, they are inpolite and don't call you back. Absolute joke! I will never go there again.

Everything is very logically organized so it's not to hard to find what you're looking for. In the evening the staff working are younger and much less knowledgeable if you have questions.

Unlike most BMR's, this one always has what I need and in stock. I drive 45 minutes out of my way to go to this one instead of the one 5 minutes from me. Excellent service!
