They are a true quality parts place with loads on-hand and impressive ability to source out what you want. One of the only unreal nostalgic-style parts places left in Winnipeg.Their customer service is definitely lacking, hence the 4/5 star rating. They could be much friendlier, willing to help, in some cases more knowledgeable, and they really need to be more open to accepting unopened returns.Have dealt with the employee Asher the majority of the time who, although seems quite competent overall, has not been completely open and friendly through multiple interactions.Definitely support them. They do offer a lot of key things which are/is great for the automotive community here in Winnipeg. But, they should be friendlier, more open, slightly more knowledgeable, and have a bit better business model for returns, refunds, etc..

Decent selection, knowledgeable. Terrible customer service, as they have no problem arguing with customers and calling them names when the store is full. Don't know what that was about and I honestly don't care, the customer was polite and the staff was rude. Not going back

One of the last great speed shops in Winnipeg. Not a lot has changed over the decades; they still offer good service and fair prices and can get almost anything you need for your project or daily driver.

Best place to shop for parts. Boots is very knowledgeable about horsepower and all those fun things. The fact that they are open till 8pm is also very nice.

Just came by today to pickup some fittings for my aftermarket fuel rail, couldnt find what I needed but Asher went to my friend and I and offered to help us at the front, he had all the parts we needed, tested and made sure whatever we bought fit. 10 out of 10 service from Asher, will definitely buy from there again when I need to.

Great place for car parts. I have always ordered from them when maintaining my vehicle. They also carry the Redline oil products I prefer over the conventional ones available from the big stores.

Very poor customer service was told oder be there after 5 open till 8 come in from Out of town doors closed at 6 catch em leaving out back door at 6 o well not my problem no wonder people get tired of supporting local
