TOPSMILES Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics

Horrible experience for my 1 year olds supposed to be first visit. Was told on the phone the first appointment will be free of charge. Arrived, handed the receptionist our new patient form and I confirm it’s free, she laughed in my face and made me feel very stupid and said no nothing is free, pretty much called our pediatrician stupid saying he doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Began to tell me the cost will be $200 for a 5 minute look in the mouth. I told her that is just ridiculous and we will have to pass on this.. she then demanded my information, I ripped up my form in front of her and left in tears. Absolutely horrible customer service considering they specialize in CHILDREN. Will never return 10/10 do not recommend

Great experience. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable staff. They are simply amazing with kids. I was impressed and it was my little one's 1st visit to the dentist. Highly recommend TOPSMILES.

What a great experience for my kids (4 and 5.5 years old)! Dr. Adriana Salles along with her superstar team (Carolina and Sue) provided a warm, fun and informative visit to the dentist that was the focus of many of their conversations for the rest of the day! Dr. Salles and her staff at Topsmiles are AMAZING! We recently attended with our 5 years old son and had the best experience. The space itself is clean and bright. Our son, who had never had dental work before, was a champ thanks to Dr. Salles and her staff. Would definitely recommend!

The place has a very friendly environment right when you book and walk-in. They do such an amazing job working with children! My kids felt welcomed, they talked my children through what was happening during the visit which I know made my kids feel 100% safe with the staff in what they were doing. The office was nice and clean! The staff was so professional and great communication skills! They answered all my questions and more! 10/10 would recommend

They are absolutely amazing. The staff there are so friendly and so kind hearted. I brought my little man in as he had to get a tooth pulled he was so scared. And I was scared for him. They helped calm him and explained everything to him step by step so he knew exactly what was going to happen. I would definitely recommend going there they are so good with kids !
