Birdie golf cart rentals, specifically Sarah and Tami, made my day ! From start to finish this was an easier experience than I anticipated. Thanks to their compassion and ability to problem solve we have a potential solution to our broken down personal golf cart on the busiest weekend of their year. These ladies are kind, professional and unbelievably easy to deal with.

Came to the rental office this week. Sarah was incredible from top to finish even came after hours to help us with some issues. The rest of the women there are amazing as well!!! Recommend them to anyway

Had a pleasant experience with Tammi and Sarah last week! My kids and I were very pleased and thankful for their service. Had an original reservation for 5 days and choose to extend our stay and these kind ladies were able to assist in a new cart for the remainder of our stay. We love Sherkston and Birdie Golf Cart Rental!! Thank you so much! Kindness goes along way!

We spent a couple of days at our friend's cottage in sherkston. We Rented a golf cart from Birdie, Excellent customer service! Tammy and staff we a pleasure to deal with. We had a small issue with the brake pedal. Tammy and staff were exceptional at dealing with the situation and making it right. I highly recommend this facility if staying at sherkston shores! Thanks again

I brought back my cart 15 min late because my child needed to use the bathroom and they charged me 260. Extra for late fee. Birdies is monopolizing people into renting from them only. Rip off . The whole sherkston experience is over priced and nothing to say wow about except the extra charges. When I called to speak to them the girl that answered was suppose to transfer me to the manager and hung up. Disgusting. No people skills, and lousy customer service. SMH

Honestly had an amazing experience! The cart was fabulous and Sarah was an absolute ray of sunshine! I have never had a more positive customer service experience and will most certainly be a returning customer!

I was having issues with a cart and Sarah, an absolute ray of sunshine, figured everything out for me in no time at all. Her service was incredible, and I’ve never had a better interaction with anyone working in customer service. She made our stay at Sherkston so much better, and I’m very thankful for her! One of the nicest people I’ve met. Thanks Sarah!!!!
