A very eaten and welcoming sage store. They customer reps are very friendly and helps you find the perfect fragrance you are looking for. I recently got the yoga one, and it's super soothing smell is just amazing!

I visited this store on the 29th Jun. It wasn't busy. The staff members were unfriendly and chatting to each other with a loud voice, not even smiling to customers. I'm a big fan and love sage products. Usually I go to the other sage store in Robson because they always say hello when I walk in, they are friendly and helpful.I will not go back to this store in pacific centre again.Not good service.

Mariam helped me with what was originally thought to be a return of a faulty unit. Turns out I was using it on a weak socket lol. She took the time to help me figure out how to better use my into. And i vibed with her so well I ended up buying things I needed since I felt comfortable! She is so lovely hope she is treated well by management & is compensated well for all the work she does as she deserves it.

Associates were kind, but definitely salespeople - stopped giving the time of day once I paid. Which is fine and understandable.More than that - they recommended and convinced me on a product that I was assured was USB compatible, important as I stressed as it was a gift for my British relatives. Unfortunately come Christmas, there’s no USB and is instead a standard wall socket, making for a pretty rubbish gift. Quite unfortunate really as I’ve always enjoyed the products.

The moment I walked into this Sage location I felt taken care of. I suffer from very sensitive skin and a lovely Sage associate guided me through which body massage oils would be safe to use for my skin and how to dilute or strengthen any desired massage oil I wanted. The entire experience made me realize that I love Sage and Sage products for these exact reason - it’s the humble, knowledgeable and caring customer service the associates exude at this location! Thank you :)

Only 3 stars because the person helping me was wearing a cloth mask. Also, the store is very small, and you can't really be 3 feet apart from anyone. All of the Christmas shoppers are out in full force. Can't say anything about the products because they were a gift for a family member.

I wanted to highlight the exemplary customer service of Anna. She is truly an all star and the example of meeting customer needs. We brought in a defective Sage diffuser, and with relative ease and outstanding kindness she was able to replace it!One of the best shopping experiences I have had, will be back at Sage Pacific Centre because of Anna! Thank you!
