They need to find someone to answer there phones, couldn't leave a message. Not the first time. Going to ask my Dr. to refer me to an edmonton orthopedic Dr, at least they answer there phones.The worst service I have ever see.Is the front end is unreliable, are the Dr there as well? Most likely!!

The cast crew are amazing. Staff are friendly. The wait times are absurd. Waiting for forms for insurance is as painful as broken bones.more than a month i have been waiting to have one form filled out so I can have money to live.I have never been into my appointment in under an hour. I've been in the waiting room an hour and a half now just pissing away the day

We are currently sitting here waiting, going on an hour and 15 minutes, for an URGENT appointment that was booked by an emergency room doctor for 8am this morning. We have watched multiple patients come and go, with no visible I juries. The wait times are unbelievable, and the front desk 'has no idea' when the doctor will be able to see my husband. Terrible first impression.
