Worst place I have ever seen . I don’t know what’s wrong with that lady . She doesn’t know how to communicate with Customers. I just hate her attitude. I think she should shuttt down her business. I jusstttttt hatteeee her .

This nail service is worst worst worst in town, i will not reccommend anybody to go there..there was a lady who was very rude and mannerless, i was with my kids and she was speaking soo rude ,my kids came home and said they don't like that lady , completely mad lady ,i think she need to see doctor, if anyone knows who's the owner i would like to speak to them.. I have some video the way she was speaking nd i want to show them to owners if she is the owner she should shut down the bussiness,nd see doctor.. i will never ever go to that place

I got my nails done here not to long ago. After about 4 days I went out of town with family for a trip half way through my trip my nails were poping off!!! One after the other they all fell off. I came back hoping they could fix this issue but they said they were closed for 4 days. Came back after 4 days and told the lady what happened she was rude and got very snappy with me and my mom. She said that it “ never happens” like that and proceeded to say it was my fault and that I probably just took them off myself. My mom paid 90 dollars!!! For something that didn’t even last a week. They were poor quality and not shaped right and they didn’t even file it down correctly when I got it done. And when I come back to complain I get yelled at!! Never going here again my mom and me are very disappointed with the staff and the quality.

I absolutely love my nails I got done yesterday. The lady was extremely nice and I'd recommend getting anything done here.

Would NOT recommend this salon. A friend of mine (she doesn’t have a gmail account to be able to post here) went a few days ago and her nails are horrendous! She showed a design of a certain print and the first hand of nails were close enough to the photo that she was ok to go a few weeks with them before going to a different salon for a fill. But the second hand was horribly rushed as if the employee had somewhere better to be that day. She had asked for a redo or a discount as the hands did NOT match and was yelled at and told it was her fault for the look of the second hand. Once she sends me photos, I will upload them in an edit so viewers can see for themselves how bad the nails are.This company is rude, unprofessional, and does not know how to own up to mistakes. I’m scared to post this review after seeing the replies the owner gives. This company should be shut down. Not sure how it still gets business with an owner like this…

I went here a couple weeks ago and had the worst experience I could imagine. I waited over an HOUR AND A HALF for an appointment I booked the morning prior. It was for 3:30 and I sat with nail tips glued on until 5pm. The lady was extremely rough and rude, it was quite painful getting them done and I’ve had my nails done at many other places. The nails ended up coming off a week after, while I was on vacation :( Ended up paying over $130 for a set that didn’t last and was painful in the process. I’d advise spending your $130 somewhere else. I understand it can run late in a salon but charging full price after making clients wait so long and end up dissatisfied with their nails is a rip off :/ At least tell them it’s going to take that long.Ps: if they offer you a job, don’t take it!!!

My daughter and I love getting our nails done here. They are always so kind to my daughter and humour all of her crazy nail ideas.We have had to wait many times when the ladies are running behind due to staffing issues, but they are worth the wait.

Always had a good experience here.they have done acrylic with gel polish nails and gel polish pedicures it is a busy shop and they always try to get me in.also huge selection of colors to choose from

Just had the worst experience ever! I treated my daughter and I to gel nails a couple weeks ago. After 4 days her nails started to lift. As we were out of town all I could do is call but as it was the long weekend was told to come back on Tuesday. Went in and was told she must have done something and it was our fault and not hers. I knew full well that it was because her nail beds were not properly prepared. Left unhappy and nothing done. My daughter wrote a negative review but I knew I wouldn’t be taking her in for any services again anyway any time soon. The review response was all apologetic and “please come back so we can write a better story”. Fine. So I went in today requesting a fill. I was told they wouldn’t do anything for me after the review my daughter wrote. I said she wouldn’t be coming back but I needed a fill. It wasn’t about my nails anyway. The man went to the back and said he talked to his “boss” who said they wouldn’t extend service to me anymore. The woman doing the nails yelled at me that I am too picky and complain too much. I read the review response out loud for all to hear and asked if this is how they “fix” it!?? I said I wanted to give them the opportunity to write a better review but here we are! A few ladies smiled and gave me a knowing look as she had just embarrassed another client about using the hand lotion and wiping some on her legs! The tension was thick in there. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THE RESPONSES MUST BE FAKE BECAUSE THERE WAS ZERO ATTEMPT TO KEEP ME AS A CLIENT OR MAKE ANYTHING RIGHT. I’ve heard a lot of negative things but wanted to give them another chance. I left very upset to say the least. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS AT ALL! IF YOU’RE NOT HAPPY ABOUT ANYTHING ITS YOUR FAULT AND NOT THEIRS AND THEY WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT BUT YELL AND BELITTLE YOU!! And those responses to the negative reviews have NO GOOD INTENTIONS behind them whatsoever! It’s just to appease the reader!! VERY DISAPPOINTED.

062 is what I wanted this is what I got.They charged me 105. It was just a fill. And she hurt me a lot in the process. I feel so taken advantage of I’m in tearsShe did the first nail took her time with it and I liked it. When I gave her the go ahead she did it super fast and just blobbed polish on each nail then speared it after. Not one at a time.I went back to politely ask for a refund and she instantly got defensive and angry. It ended in her yelling and telling me “I don’t care” she wouldn’t even give me half back. Did not handle the situation professionally at all. A Very rude lady I hope you can look at your own behaviours and fix it for future business.I’m out over $100, and am going else where to get them fixed.
