There have been many instances when we left money, credit cards etc.. in our pockets. Horrible Customer Service.I brought in my silk dress and was charged $34.00 plus tax, I showed the lady the small stain. After them trying two times to get my dress cleaned.....the stain is still there.I was still charged full price and my dress is not clean. I could of done a better job myself.DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.They even overcharge me for a little boy's suit.I will never be a customer ever here again.THEY DO THE WORST JOB EVER DRY-CLEANING.They let me the customer leave, totally unsatisfied and said it's not their problem that my dress is not clean. No discount, no apologies.. Nothing!!!

I had a terrible experience dropping off my coat. I had this little blond woman who was incredibly rude to me. It was a very expensive Canada Goose coat and I was very concerned about it getting damaged and she was going on and on about how I should take off the fur because it will get all ripped up by the machine. I then asked if they had insurance I could buy for my coat and she said they had no guarantee that it could be ripped to shreds and it isn't their fault. I told her great store policy. She needs to be replaced with someone with some etiquette because I sure didn't want to leave my coat after talking to her.

I brought in pants for dry cleaning. They ruined them. I asked for them to cover my pants if I supplied the receipt which they declined. Understandably dry cleaning is partially at own risk.. however I went to them as the expert. At which time if they can’t clean something you’d think they would say something.On top of everything- I was still charged for the service!!! Willlld. I can’t even believe the way they do business here. I asked them to at least remove the fee from my bill for the ruined pants and they refused.
