U-Pack

We used UPack for our move and everything was smooth. We got relocube and loading point procedure was simple. It arrived in destination on time and they called and informed. The staff at loading location even gave us safety illuminating jackets for our safety. Appreciate their professional work and I recommend them for your move.

They were great. Belongings were delivered on time and intact. Was warned that I was responsible for packing, so took extra care in tying things down and it all arrived without damage. Moving to Canada, they also included a 2 week quarantine during Covid in the price. I had used a moving/packing service in the past and had a very bad experience. But this with Upack was great!

My adult kids moved with U-Pack from Vancouver BC to Portland Oregon. They used most of a 28 ft trailer and the price was very reasonable. It was a big relief for the kids not to have to cross the border with all their belongings as they also have an 18 month old child. They purchased a street permit to have the trailer for 2 days in Vancouver and again in Portland. Everything went very well and the folks at U-Pack are great to work with.

We used U-Pack relocube to move from California to Vancouver, BC and would highly recommend this to anyone making a long distance move. A lot of stuff fits in a relocube, the delivery and pick up of the relocube was on time, the customer support was always responsive. All our stuff reached the destination in good shape. Will definitely be using Upack again.

I can't say thank enough to U-Pack. We moved from New Hampshire (US) to Vancouver last month. I could pack all the essential things from my 2 bedroom apt in one ReloCube including 2 queen beds, 1 twin bed with 3 12'' mattresses, TV, kitchenware, 3 seats sofa, clothings, electric piano etc (I detached everything, of course, and pack them tight. Nothing is broken/damage during the transit!). The price is right for that long distance and the U-pack agents are very helpful, responsive and they answer all my questions with ease, very professional. When my ReloCube arrived to Canada on time as promised, I had hard time to find a place to drop off my Relocube since there is only parking on street in front of my building. The lady agent from UPack (Candana's side) is very nice, she suggested some options and we finally chose to hire another mover company to unload my stuffs from UPack site and deliver them to my apt. She made everything ready and easy to follow. Since we chose that option, UPack refunded a part of the price because I booked the door-to-door service. They are customer oriented company. I'm very satisfied with their service. Definitely use their service again when I need to move long distance!

We used U-pack services for a out of country move and we had a great experience. Our move was sudden and quick, also during the last weeks of December when most people are on leave and the holiday season is on full swing. We had very limited options and mostly very expensive ones. U- pack gave us affordable rates and the whole experience was really smooth. Our stuff arrived perfectly and nothing was broken. Very happy with their service.

Every aspect of this interaction was smooth. The relocube is very small but if the size works for you it's a great option. Everything arrived safely, with great customer service and no pricing games. International moves can be challenging but thankfully U-pack added zero stress.

When we looked at movers, U-Pack was a fraction of the price of other vendors. Granted we had to pack ourselves, we didn't have a lot of things, so it was totally worth it. Every time I had a question, they picked up the phone and answered very quickly with the answers I was looking for, and they were polite and professional. They were so helpful and efficient. Our move was SO fast compared to another vendor we used for the 1st part of our move. They even delivered our U-Pack container to our final destination two days before the timeline they gave (we delivered to their service centre, so it was great for us). It was honestly so smooth and worth it to go with U-Pack/ABF. I would move with them over and over again. You can also hire people to help you with the move if you're unsure about packing the container yourself.As a tip, I would prep all your boxes before the day the container arrives and place it in one location that's easy to grab from, it makes the actual packing of the container to be super smooth. You can call as soon as the container arrives for next day pick up.Also don't forget to buy your own lock! You only need only per container. :)

We used U-Pack for our 1200-mile move. They brought the 28-ft trailer, we used pro packers, once loaded they picked it up and delivered it on time. No damage! Quick, pleasant, professional people. The price was as quoted! Someone was always available to take my calls. Very low stress.

I used uPack to move furniture and other belongings from US to Canada. The process was simple and straight forward. I used relocubes and the pick up and drop in US as well as Canada was super smooth. I surely recommend uPack for the extraordinary service. The staff is very helpful and responsive.
