David would join us on all our home visits, and would be able to point out the good and bad of each property. Beyond his expert knowledge for market value, David is able to look at a home and tell you what would need updating, how you might do so, and even has a good sense of how much that might cost. If that's not enough, he can put you in touch with inspectors, notaries, contractors, and anyone else who could be of help. David made what could be a stressful period an absolute breeze!
