I'm not a regular National Bank customer....but perhaps I should be! Great service - I was dealt with quickly and efficiently and the staff were really nice. Definitely visit in the middle of the day as there's little to no line-up.

Love this location, but the hours are terrible and are incorrectly posted here. They close at 2:00pm not 5:00pm, as I found out after walking all the way there only to be turned away and told they couldn’t do my deposit as they only service new customers after 2:00pm??? Please post the hours you are open for the majority of your loyal customers not potential new ones.

Helen was rude, dismissive, and insulting about a misquoted appointment time. I’m a new customer, I was treated with disrespect, and I’m glad this was how I was welcomed so I will be banking elsewhere. National bank let me down, and Helen is a low quality representative.

Used to love dealing with this branch. Now they are cashless, can't even make a cash deposit unless you use the ATM - which I couldn't as I had coins. What is the actual point of a bank branch that doesn't deal with cash? Everything else can be done on-line. Just close it if you're not going to have a working branch. Useless.

Miss Linda Ospina is the one who always assist me in person and online. Today, I called her and made a request. My call went to the voicemail so I left a message.
