One star is honestly too much. I made an appointment a few weeks and everything seemed just fine. I did have to contact customer support for some questions and got super poor service but figured oh well

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!Rented a vehicle for 4 days while I was visiting a friend. When I booked the vehicle they associate stated the fees of the rental and asked if I would like extra insurance for $45. As I was doing some highway driving, I thought it would be best. When signing the agreement the hold on my car was double the amount we initially agreed on. She said that half the hold would we reimbursed to me once the car was signed off on upon return. I thought that was strange, but I don’t make the rules. I had to ask a few times how to properly return the vehicle as the verbal instructions were not very clear. ESPECIALLY, because there would be NO ONE working when I retuned the vehicle. It took up to a week for the payment to be processed on my card and when it was it was for $500+! I called to confirm all the charges and see if the charge was a mistake. You could tell they knew they had taken advantage of me and had told me they’d call back after they went over all the details. I received a sheepish call back explaining that in fact the bill was correct and I signed off on $45 PER DAY of having the car! PER DAY!?!?!?!?!?! I don’t even pay that on premiums for my own vehicle or life insurance! I obviously was NOT happy about the charge that was more than double my budget for this trip! When asked if there was something that could be done, all I heard on the other line was, “No, ma’am.” So I’m just supposed to accept that you basically stole money from me, because of your own miscommunication. Not pleased, not impressed. Will NEVER rent a car with budget again. TERRIBLE company, terrible customer service. If I could give a zero star, I would!

Drive About Car Rental was great. They delivered the car to the cruise ship dock, so we could pick it up at our convenience and we dropped it off at the dock at the end of the day. It couldn’t have been easier if more convenient. I would highly recommend them.

Terrible experience! Rented Toyota Camry, looked amazing. On the 2nd day of our trip, had a hard time starting, and on the 3rd, in the middle of nowhere in Muskoka did not start at all until was boosted. Host did not care, and said it's our fault since initially the car did start.

Amazing service. Rentals are cheaper compared to other places. Its right next to the Marigold Hotel. Situated between the KFC and hotel. Excellent choice of cars and located right in Queens and Kennedy in Brampton.

on your reply....thank you but i dont have more time to waste on sending emails.They took $500 as security deposit hold, not available at Calgary airport after 10pm. They charged me $20 extra in name of fees, I already booked and fully pre-paid my rental but still they charged extra. Never renting with them again.

Great service... definitely highly recommended

I rented a car here using Airmiles. Our return flight had changed to a later time and the clerk let me know how late I could return the car without paying any extra fees.
