I am a new client there. I was assessed by Steve who was thorough and asked a lot of questions. He prepared a program to help me with my injuries. I was scheduled right away. My therapists are fantastic. Very knowledgeable.You are greeted right away by a very friendly staff member who knows your name. She is efficient and never any wait. I have had to reschedule and this was done with ease. I have been to other physio places where I always felt like a number. This clinic is much different. It’s a warm atmosphere that puts you at ease right away. They always answer any questions I have had. And my injuries have shown improvement. I definitely recommend this clinic to anyone

I'm happy to share my experience with Aline, the physiotherapist who has been treating my 4-year-old son. I'm so pleased to say that Aline is wonderful with kids! My little boy loves visiting her office, and it's such a relief to see the progress he's made under her care.Aline is not only an excellent physiotherapist, but she's also a caring and compassionate person. She has a great way with children, always making them feel comfortable and at ease. As a parent, it's such a relief to know that my son is in good hands with Aline.Overall, I highly recommend Aline to anyone looking for a physiotherapist, especially if you have children. I was very happy with my physio Aline. She was pleasant, informative and caring. Lisa the receptionist always had a welcoming greeting. The clinic took all the precautions during the covid pandemic to keep their clients and staff safe.

Amazing staff! Steve did the assessment which was very accurate re TMJ problem. This was followed physio sessions with Aline Kami. Aline is very thorough in doing the treatment, I am almost mended in just 4 weeks! Lisa, the receptionist is very welcoming with a bright smile. Thank you

Thank you Steve for the treatment for my back and Aline for the treatment for my knee, great relief to my pain, still following with the exercises and schedule you twi kindly prepared for me.It’s great to feel safe with all the safety measures the whole staff is taking with all patients.I also feel comfortable with their friendly and caring manners.

I've been coming for a few weeks because I've been experiencing some shoulder and arm pain due to a partial rotator cuff tear. The treatment has been good so far. My physiotherapist Steve explains things thoroughly and has helped reduce the pain and improve my arm's mobility. The staff at the front, like Lisa, are always friendly

Steve is a fantastic Physiotherapist. He has helped me with my wrist fracture and given me some challenging exercises to get ready for golf. He also seems to have cured a pinched nerve in my arm that I suffered with for past year. I highly recommend him.

Great customer service and professionalism. Had the opportunity to be treated by Steve and his team and they were great to work it. With the pandemic going on, I appreciate that they put in the extra effort to sterilizing the bed, front desk and door handles. They also validate parking which is a bonus. I highly recommend this physiotherapy office.
