Mark and his team at RPS are awesome. They offer great kit at good prices but the thing that sets them apart is their customer service. They adapted their mole brushes to fit my rods from a rival manufacturer and all within a couple of days.

SnapLok gear is brilliant, mine's about 2 years old now and used daily, the last job before I broke up for Christmas was a clay liner partially blocked with hard phurnucite, I used the white mole not knowing how restricted the flue was and got the brush stuck, I was reversing the drill and going forward to try and release it, I decided to pull it down instead and when I released the drill and released the tension, the drill span around about three times with the torque built up and I remember thinking, how the hell are these rods not snapping or the ferrules coming off, it's incredible how it stands up to some of the punishment. Service from RPS is always fantastic and delivery is very quick too, I cannot fault this company, they are brilliant, customer service is always at the forefront of their mind when doing business.

As a new Guild sweep, I needed a supplier that was knowledgeable, accessible and helpful. RPS are just that. Zach set me up with some excellent kit but certainly didn’t encourage me to buy more than I needed. Highly recommended.

I was primarily a manual sweep, but soon realised that some chimneys need a bit more effort than a manual sweep could give.So I booked a RPS course and was really impressed by the gentleman giving the course.I had always thought that rotary power was a very abrasive way of sweeping, but not so, it is when it needs to be, but the course shows you that it can be gentle as well, for older types of chimneys.So I waited until I had a chance to use my new kit before writing this review and I have to say that I am very impressed by it.I still sweep a lot of chimneys manually, but it is nice to know that given the more troublesome chimneys, I have the rotary kit to back me up and leave them clean and safe.An excellent company to do business with and nothing seems to much trouble.Thank you.
