Purchased a Ford Escape 2 years ago. Entire process was easy and stress free. I've taken it back for all my servicing and the crew at the service bay are terrific. I even get a video of my vehicle inspection so I can see any items that might need my attention. Top notch service.

Great service department. Always following up via text messages when you need to re-schedule last minute. Staff are friendly and polite. Service is completed quickly. Has a nice waiting area with beverages for you. Also free transportation provided to anywhere in the city if you want to shop or wait elsewhere.

I needed a new vehicle as my 2010 Escape was on its last mile. I did research different SUVs and settled on the Bronco Big Bend. Chris was very helpful and after a test drive I really liked the way it handled. It’s very roomy with a great size trunk space. Birchwood staff were all great! Thanks to all of you!
